We have a Cisco 3650-24PS-S switch and the switch is functioning fine. However when I run a show environment all command on the Switch I see the following error. However the FAN PS-1 is OK.
Switch 1 FAN 1 is NOT PRESENT or FAULTY
Switch 1 FAN 2 is NOT PRESENT or FAULTY
Switch 1 FAN 3 is NOT PRESENT or FAULTY
I am not able to understand if this is some kind of cosmetic bug for the switch. The switch is currently working on 03.07.05E IOS which is a stable version.
Below are the command output of show environment all and show log of the switch
Switch 1 FAN 1 is NOT PRESENT or FAULTY
Switch 1 FAN 2 is NOT PRESENT or FAULTY
Switch 1 FAN 3 is NOT PRESENT or FAULTY
FAN PS-1 is OK
FAN PS-2 is NOT PRESENT
Switch 1: SYSTEM TEMPERATURE is OK

Show log after reboot has following errors:

Can anyone suggest on what could be the issue?
Why am I getting such logs and the FAN error on the Switch?

- This could be a 'flapping hardware' problem but difficult to determine as such; perhaps by audio-observing and listening to the fans (cumbersome).

Perhaps that can be done but still FAN PS-1 is showing OK and the switch is functioning properly.
The FAN PS-1 is OK and Switch 1 FAN is showing Not Present or Faulty is still a mystery.
