Cisco 3650 Controller Port error: High number of events received

Hi all, hope everyone is well !!

My Cisco 3650 logs showing Controller Port error, see below. The end device is a Cisco AP ... Anyone seen this error ?

%ILPOWER-5-IEEE_DISCONNECT: Interface Gi1/0/4: PD removed
Sep 23 19:17:39.103: %ILPOWER-3-CONTROLLER_PORT_ERR: Controller port error, Interface Gi1/0/4: High number of events received on the port, please monitor the connected device
