Cisco 3650 switch stack IOS upgrade!

I am searching for Cisco supporting documents on what the process is to upgrade the IOS on a 3650 switch stack but cant find anything good so far.

After i copy the image from TFTP to flash in the active switch because we can access only master

boot variable should be as below

boot system switch 1 flash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.SSA.03.12.02.EZP.150-12.02.EZP.150-12.02.EZP.bin

so in this the switch 1 , will it be a  member ? and if 2 is my member should i change it to switch 2 ? 

I saw somehwere in cisco document we shld give switch all...will that work
