Cisco 3650 Switch Syncing With GDC Equipment

Does anyone here have experience working with GDC equipment, specifically SCIP cards? We have them all over our network but the switch keeps losing communication. The switches use the SCIPs to traverse the WAN. I feel like it's probably a duplex issue. According to the documentation, SCIPs are hard-coded as full duplex.

      - Do you have anything related in the logs when this happens ?

I apologize. I did not see this.

The logs were not helpful. These aren't as detailed as Cisco logs. In the last two months we have been through two mass outages of just  these SCIPs alone. Both times over twenty cards mysteriously were hung up and needed physical rebooting to bring them back to life. They all dropped at the same instant and were not in the same area. I'm in New York City and the affected cards were in random places with no common denominator other than the overall network and the model of the card. Only SCIPs were affected. We have other GDC card models in the very same shelf as the SCIPs yet they were not affected. We have hundreds of GDC cards throughout our entire network that were not affected.  This was strictly reserved to this one model and GDC themselves did not have a clue. I was hoping there were others around here who have had a similar experience with them.
