Hi .. i'm trying to upgrade a stand alone 3650 to version cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.01.02.SPA.bin
Switch Ports Model SW Version SW Image Mode

* 1 52 WS-C3650-48PS Denali 16.1.1 CAT3K_CAA-UNIVERSALK9 INSTALL
I'm in enable and doing this command
software install file usbflash0:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.01.02.SPA.bin
And i'm getting this.. can't figure it out.

can you try below and do a reload on the switch?
3650#copy usbflash0:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.01.02.SPA.bin flash
3650#boot system switch all flash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.01.02.SPA.bin flash

I think it should be "software install file usbflash0-1:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.01.02.SPA.bin".

I have cleaned up some files and it worked your way
What is the best way to save the config, vlan.dat then format the flash:
I would like to get that switch clean
