Cisco 3750 Booting problem

Hello All

My 3750 crashed during boot.

When I hit the mode button during boot it gets

switch: mode but I can not type anything here...any idea about it ?

If you are unable to type anything at the switch: prompt, you probably have an issue with your terminal emulation program.

Otherwise, type:

flash_init - then see what happens.
