Hey,

In enable mode type following:

#cd c3750-ipbasek9-mz.122-25.SEE

And now you are in the directory where image is located. Issue the copy command and you should have the file on your TFTP server. Make sure to add the .bin extension while issuing the copy command. To move back to flash directory type"

#cd ..

Hi pdungey2001

You can copy the image from the flash of the working switch to a TFTP server,  after that you can download the image from the TFTP server to the other switch .

Hope this help!

Regards  ,

I'm still not able to transfer the file to the PC as the image is in a directory, how do i access the directory to transfer the image to my PC.

Hey Paul,

If the switch with corrupted image is up then you may do TFTP transfer of image, which is really easy however if its down then you may end up doing X-modem transfer. Adding a link for X-modem process, although it tells about routers but procedure is same for switches as well:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/routers/2600-series-multiservice-platforms/15085-xmodem-generic.html
