Hi,
I had a Cisco 3750E Switch with IP Services Permanent License. I had a version 12 (12.2(55)SE8) in it. We changed it to version 12.2(55)SE11 now. But after version change there is no IP Service License shown.
IP Base is activated as permanent instead of IP Services.
After Upgrade:

Unfortunately I have lost the PAK. Kindly help generate & activate IPServices License.
Kindly help me get this resolved & any information on how to upgrade IOS and keep license safe.
