Cisco 3850 3 Switch Stack FAN not flowing

Hi,

Please help to know, in my network 3 3850 switches stacked and it working but i just see that FAN of any one the switch is not flowing and LED status of Rear end of all 3 switches are GREEN.

I check with show env all command and everything is normal and OK,

so its the normal behavior and something is there.

There are a few bugs related to fan status. What IOS version are you running ?

Catalyst L3 Switch Software (CAT3K_CAA-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 03.06.04.E RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

and output of sho env all command is
