Cisco 3850 acl's changes not applying till stack reload

Hello,

I'm having issues with a Cisco 3850 stack. We're using an access-list filter on our server Vlan. However sometime's changes don't seem to apply untill I perform a complete reload of the stack. Any Idea what could be causing this?

I suspect this is a bug.
Can you try upgrading to the latest 16.3.X and see if it improve things?

Upgrading to 16.3.9 seems to have solved the problem, thanks for your help!
