Hello Guys

Customer contacted me that after the upgrade of his 3850-24T to version 3.0.7.0.3E he received high output errors on the interface. (only the interfaces which are conneted to his ESX Servers). He also tried Version 03.06.04 and here is same.

Only with Version 03.03.05 all is fine

Does anyone have an idea why? i also did not fined something in the Bug Search

Regards,

Bernhard

Hi!

Can you please use clear counters interface giga 1/0/1?

We should monitor if these counters are incrementing.

Best regards!

JC

Hello Carlos

Customer did the Rollback to 03.03.05 but i did the clear counters at first but the counters are incrementing.

Regards,

Bernhard

Hi!

Are they still incrementing after the rollback?

Regards!

JC

Hello Carlos

After the rollback all is fine and no error or drops anymore

Regards,

Bernhard
