Cisco 3850 Monitor Session not working Properly

Hello All, I have a cisco catalyst WS-C3850-24XU and I'm having lots of packets drops when reviewing SNMP Polling to that same device over the Ping Sensor, Any way tried to create a SPAN port to witness what was going out with those packets but when creating the Monitor Session all i See is Rx Traffic and No Tx traffic. Was thinbking propably a Bug does any one knows anything about it?

So far I have tried VLAN filter over the Monitor Session still same result as above, running 03.07.04E cat3k_caa-universalk9.

monitor session 1 source interface Te1/1/8
monitor session 1 destination interface Te1/0/4

Any one has any ideas?

Are you capturing and sending the traffic to Wireshark?

yes on Te1/0/4 i have a terminal with Wireshark also while reviewing the SNMP for that Interface all i see is traffic Out over the PRTG no traffic going in,

So for example i only see ping reply but no ping request.
