I can,t find information about of SDM tables--how many resources/routes is available for using dual IPv4&IPv6.
It,s writen only for IPv4 but not for dual use of IPv4&IPv6.
On 3750x was total amount of IPv4 on half for dual IPv4&IPv6.
Is on 3850 the same logic,or that dual options does not exist.

Yes that logic would be correct , if you look at this doc it states its half for ipv6
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3850/software/release/3se/system_management/configuration_guide/b_sm_3se_3850_cg/b_sm_3se_3850_cg_chapter_01011.html#concept_27282D3DA4244F3D941A50304B2CBCBC
unfortunatly it does not give a specific but you could work it out around based on ipv4
These numbers are typical for L2 and IPv4 features.
Some features such as IPv6, use up double the entry size;
so only half as many entries can be created.
