Does any one have the document that explains how to load an IOS on a 3925 router that doesn't have one on it?

If the 3925, like the 2800 series, supports booting off a CF card or an USB flash, that would likely be the easiest method.  Otherwise, you'll probably need to load an IOS via the console port.  (Don't know if the 3900 series supports it, but it also might be possible to load an IOS off a Ethernet connected TFTP server.)

(NB: Don't have, at hand, reference document, but you should be able to find one on Cisco's main site.  Or, good change another poster will provide additional details.)
