cisco 3945 with ism-vpn

Hi,

I have cisco router 3945 with ISM-VPN , I need to use with crypto tunnels.

right now I am using with 'crypto-map' configuration.

Is it posseble to configure Tunnel GRE ipsec protection If I have ISM-VPN module ?

The ISM-VPN can handle with Tunnels ?

Hi,

You can do crypto tunnel protection without the VPN card. Some people don't use VPN card on 3945, because the onboard one provides very good encryption performance.
