cisco 4006 Switch problem

I plug out directly to Cisco 4006 Switch after some time i plug in the power cable.

Supervisor Engine is showing flashing Amber.

Other Modules 10/100/1000BaseTX are shown RED.

I tried to access console but i can not.

What may be the problem and what are solution please suggest me.

My regular response would be "contact Cisco TAC and arrange for an RMA".  But seeing that it's a legacy Catalyst 4006, I really doubt if the supervisor card is still under maintenance.  
My recommendation is to contact a reputable system integrator and think about getting the chassis upgraded to something more recent like the 9300 or the 9400.

The first Cisco core switch I supported was a 4006 with Sup2 (CatOS) and that was way back 2005.
