Cisco 4331 won't accept static route

HI,

I have a 4331 connected via WAN.  It has the original static route I entered to the providers DG, but when trying to add additional routes it accepts the commands but doesn't post the route.  I had this workign the other day, no problems.  I backed some stuff out today and tried to put it back in and today it won't take them back.

Thanks,

Jon

Hi Jon -

Are the commands being rejected?  Are you using AAA? Do you have VRFs?

Hello,

the only reasons a static route wouldn't appear in the routing table are that either the next hop for the route is not available, or there is a prefix for a connected route matching the static route.
