They used to support them in AGM modules there now eol and the 6500 and 3700 router were the migration path for it after 2009

That's not a specific reference to one 4500 model its all of them and its regarding compliance not that they actually currently support E1 T1 ports/blades , its just saying that the switch is complaint with current regulations for that standard service which is not just bound to Cisco devices its an open standard and the switch is compliant if required for it
