Cisco 4948 supported Stackable?

4948 does not support stacking. Real stacking is only in Cat3750. You might look at newer models of Cat3750X line.

Cisco 4948 supported Stackable?

No, unfortunately not. 3750X and 3750E are for now topmost stackable Cisco switches, but they support only:

- 1K VLAN

- up to 12K MAC

- up to 11K routes

It also depends on what is called SDM (Switch Database Manager). For SDM = default, it supports up to 8K routes and up to 6K MACs. For more MACs or routes you need to look at Cat4500 or Cat6500, but they are modular, not stackable.
