Cisco 6500/7600 IOS Upgradation having Redundant Supervisors

Hi,

I would like to know the procedure of upgrading IOS for 6500/7600 having redundant supervisors (we have SUP720) without any downtime. Because these devices are in production of a data center and we have contract of 99.99% UP time with our customers so I would like to know any possible method through which we can avoid downtime.
