Cisco 6506-e Fan tray error

Hi dears

Our company buy new Cisco 6506_e series switch. When i turn on first time then i see this fan error and i did some show command:

at the begining :

1.First i think that this is a high power problem. we must be decrease the power? am i rigth?

2. As you see power mode is High-power.

i know that e series default power mode is restricted but here is high power.

is it possbly i chanege the power mode to restricted mode? if yes, which command i must be type?

please help me.

Hello Teymur,

the high power mode, at least for me, is normal mode in our DataCenter's.

I don't believe that your problem is the power mode but yes that your fan is broken (stopped).

I recommend you to open RMA directly for that FAN.

Here you have an output from our Catalyst 6500 (in VSS),and they are working perfectly:
