Cisco 6509 Module Rebooting Itself

Hi folks,

I have a 6509 that had two different modules powercycle themselves about 18 hours apart. It could be coincidence, but I've never had it happen before so I suspect it's related. Unfortunately I haven't had any luck so far identifying a root cause, so I figured I'd post here for help. Below I've pasted the logs, diagnostic messages, module info, and switch version info. Any insight is appreciated.

Thanks!

I can't believe both of your sup cards have "failed" diagnostic events in them.

Not sure what you're getting at. The data's accurate if that's what you mean. It's a copy / paste, and it is two different modules that rebooted themselves on two different days.

Create a Cisco TAC Case.  I hope I'm wrong, but I believe your back-plane card is faulty.

I hope you are too, but I have a sneaky suspicion that you're right. I appreciate the feedback!
