We have one Cisco WS-C6509-E and SUP as WS-SUP720-3B. We are facing problem of hang some times while executing show running command and show tech-support command. show version command output is attached below.

Wow. That's a pretty OLD modular IOS. Maybe it's time for you to consider upgrading to SXI6 or SXJ?
