cisco 6807 Core Switch upgrade

Hi all

am having core swtich 6807 with below ios

System image file is "bootdisk:s2t54-ipbasek9-mz.SPA.151-2.SY1.bin"

I need to upgrade it to  s2t54-adventerprisek9-mz.SPA.151-2.SY2.bin.

1- Can i upgrade it normally using tftp server (copy tftp flash:bootdisk) <-- is this directory correct?

2- and then issue the command boot system flash bootdisk:s2t54-adventerprisek9-mz.SPA.151-2.SY2.bin

OR there is something relate to FPD image or any thing else ???

Please feedback and correct me with steps above if available.

regards,

Yes.

Yes.  You can also copy the IOS via USB.

But most importantly, please check the config-registry value.  If you want to take advantage of the boot variable string then the config-registry value should be "0x2102".
