We are facing issue with our 6807-XL Details:
Supervisor: C6807-XL-S6T-BUN
Module: C6800-32P10G and C6800-16P10G
Software Version: 15.4(1)SY
We are facing issue with SFP:
SFP: GLC-SX-MMD and GLC-T (It shows unsupported SFP module and Bad EEPROM show in interface status.
I have check on Cisco compatibility bit transceiver mention as compatible

can any one help me to resolve this issue.
