Cisco 6904 equipped with 4 FourX Card Configuration

I cannot for the life of me find any documentation on how to configure the FourX card slots to operate as 4 10g SPF ports.

I'm running a ws-x6904-40G. This is in slot 6 and my ports are displaying as FortyGigabitEthernet6/1-4

I have the FourX cards installed and need to convert these FourtyGigabitEthernet ports to 4 10G ports so that I can configure them individually.

Can anyone tell the command process for doing this or provide me with some links because I'm lost in the sauce here.
