Cisco 6941 IP Phone is not working after I put it on GigabitEthernet Port

Hi Cisco Folks,

A user currently has a FastEthernet port connected from Desk port to Cisco Switch 3750 Port(interface fastEthernet 1/0/28) and needs a GigabitEthernet port 3/0/3 to open a large files. After I put his port from FastEthernet 1/0/28 to GigabiEthernet 3/0/3 the ip phone stops working and no lights. But, I load the same configuration from FastEthernet port to GigabitEthernet port 3/0/3 and then data going through connected to Cisco IP phone then going to Computer.

FastEthernet 1/0/28 port Configuration:

interface FastEthernet1/0/28
switchport access vlan 101 <---------- Data VLAN
switchport mode access
switchport voice vlan 800 <------------Voice VLAN
srr-queue bandwidth share 10 10 60 20
priority-queue out
mls qos trust device cisco-phone
mls qos trust cos
auto qos voip cisco-phone
spanning-tree portfast
service-policy input AutoQoS-Police-CiscoPhone
end

GigabitEthernet 3/0/3 configuration(same as above):

interface GigabitEthernet3/0/3
switchport access vlan 101
switchport mode access
switchport voice vlan 800
srr-queue bandwidth share 1 30 35 5
queue-set 2
priority-queue out
mls qos trust device cisco-phone
mls qos trust cos
auto qos voip cisco-phone
spanning-tree portfast
service-policy input AUTOQOS-SRND4-CISCOPHONE-POLICY
end

Do you know why it is not working on the Cisco IP Phone but Data going in but voice do not working(no light) once connected to the IP Phone going to the computer.

Thank you in advance. I am looking forward for your responses.

Francis

Hi
" the ip phone stops working and no lights"

is it being powered by POE ? is there power , no lights sounds like layer 1 issue , does the screen show anything
is there poe on both ports or any power injectors involved

Maybe the cable (connecting the phone to the switch) only "supports" FastEthernet. Do the following:
1. Command: test cable tdr int g3/0/3;
2. Wait for approximately 5 to 7 seconds;
3. Command: sh cable tdr int g 3/0/3; and
4. Post the complete output to #3.
