PoE Issue

I have Cisco 2960X 24PS-L Switch. All PoE devices are connect with this switch. I facing issue with G1/0/17 & 1/0/18 port.

When I am trying to connect PoE devices with these two port link is not getting detected, but when I connect laptop with that ports port is working properly. I tried to connect same PoE device with another PoE switch, it is working OK.

Plug the PoE device into Gi 1/0/17 and do the following commands:
1. Command: test cable tdr interface Gi 1/0/17;
2. Wait for approximately 5 to 7 seconds;
3. Command: show cable tdr interface Gi 1/0/17;
4. Post the complete output to #3.
