Cisco 7600 router RSP720-3C-GE =RF replacement issue

Dear All

 One standby RSP720-3C-GE has been faulty So  I have purchased a new card for use for standby mode but when I inserted this  card is not initialized

 showing unknown when I check  "show module"command .

 my device is - Cisco -7609

 version :-

 Cisco IOS Software, c7600rsp72043_rp Software (c7600rsp72043_rp-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.2(33)SRC6, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
