I have some 10 Gb Transceivers I had connected in some Nexus 7Ks on a VDC for my wireless. This was hooked up to Cisco 8510 controllers and working fine. I have used these transceivers with my new 8540 connections and get this message "ERROR: Ethernet3/37: Configuration does not match the transceiver speed
I get this when I try to hard set the port to 10000, just like I did on the 8510. It's the same transceivers, so 10 Gb does match the speed. Anyone know what this could be? I have messed with the flow-control commands, the auto speeds and nothing is working.
