Cisco 861W - no EEM?

I am unable to use EEM on an 861W router running 15.0(1)M4 IOS  with ADVSecurity License. I have checked in Feature Navigator and EEM is uspported but I just get the following:

asc-netev(config)#event ?

% Unrecognized command

Are you wanting to know what version does support it?

According to Feature Navigator, the IOS version I am running supports EEM. I can only assume there is an issue with the IOS I have now?
