Cisco 891W all LEDS continually flash off and on

Just in the middle of configuring an 891W remotely, when I lost contact,  and the local person said all Leds flashing off and on continually every 4 seconds, no console output, recycled power, took to different power outlet still the same can't do anything with it!

I have never seen this type of problem before anybody any ideas about this?

If theres no console access its in a bad way , only thing left to try before RMA is a factory reset , did you have terminal monitor running when configuring it remotely did anything show up before it dropped , are you 100% console is not working i would try a couple of different pcs and cables just in case

all cables etc. are ok, put in an 881 as a temporary replacement that  is working ok.

I want to try using the reset button, But can't find any information on when to use it., do I just power on with the reset button pressed?

As the router is booting up has to be within the first 5 seconds hold in the reset button with a pin while consoled in and you will see the router go back to factory reset, it loads up the original default file inside the router

Small addition i have the console port giving me "□ □ □ □ □ □ □" the squares are increasing. I tried multiple setup of the console port without any success.
