Please need to know if there is any issue if not register the Cisco 9200 license. Here is the output for "show license all"

So its necessary to import the license or not.

Essential is basic License, nothing going to happend to switch,

for complaince good to register with cisco license portal

If it is, what firmware is the switch on?

Yes its Cisco Smart license 

The firmware is 17.03.04

The answer to this question are two parts: 

First, the switch has Network Essentials.  The "Essentials" is the most basic license level -- There is nothing "below" this level.  

Do not worry about "registering" to Cisco Smart License.  Nothing is going to happen.  There will be no "enforcement" and IF it "rolls back" it will only go to "Networks Essentials".

Next part of the question is DNA Essentials.  If there is no DNA Appliance, do not worry about this.  When it expires, do not renew it.

i am not worried, since i mentioned you have basic license only, ( iam sure you do no have DNAC in place ?) if not ignore it.
