Cisco 9200L : too much noise

Hello,
Is there any configuration (https or commande line) to reduce the speed of all the FANS inside the 9200L ?
(If I compare with the 2960-X ...too much noise)

Hello,

On my side, I just close with some Cisco hardwares the STACK connectors, and the second power supply.
And the noise decrease a lot.
