Cisco ASR Router 1002 power supplies

HI,

I have a question are the Cisco ASR 1002 router power supply hot pluggable?

I have a failed power supply on P0 and i wanted to know if i can replace the faulty power supply without having to power down the router.

Yes they are hot swappable.

Make sure you swap within 3 - 5 mins otherwise ASR will power down i think. Also keep eye on the log messages too. It will be fine, I have done it before too.
