Cisco C1000-48P-4X-L not booting after reset

Hi,

I hstacked 4 Cisco C1000-48P-4X-L switches for testing. Then, trying to use them separately, I reset one of them through boot mode. After that I put the config on the switch. When I unplugged the power and plugged it back in, the switch wouldn't boot. I changed the IOS version of the switch, I also installed the latest one. But it didn't help. It gives the following error.

    - That looks like a hardware error ; try full power cycle and or cold start too , if not yet done.
-> attach a console first , then look at the self test sequences during power on ,

I did it. But it didn't help.
I found the following difference behind failed switch with normal switch loading. But I couldn't figure out what these functions are responsible for and how to fix it. Both switches have same IOS and same model.

Normal switch boot Failed switch boot

       - The device is broken and needs to be replaced (RMA) ,
