Cisco C2960G-8TC resetting to manufacturer

I have a problem on Cisco C2960G-8TC how can that resetting to manufacturer settings ?

You want to set the appliance into default?

Delete the following files:

1.  config.text

2.  vlan.dat

Don't know if you have other useless files but the only thing I want to see is the IOS file/folder.

Can you post the output of the command "dir" please?

how do you mean because there is no reset percies knock on the unit

use the command

delete flash:config.text

this will remove the config, after you confirm use the "reload" to reload the switch. If you get the question, don't save the config.
