Hi all,

I have bought a "used" Cisco C3750X-24 switch for training.

When I boot it up it sometimes stuck on:

POST: MA BIST : Begin  (See Attached: SW POST)

SW - POSTSW - POST

and sometime keeps on displaying these messages (See attached: SW log)

SW - logSW - log

I have tried another IOS image:

-c3750e-ipbasek9-mz.122-55.SE5.bin

-c3750e-universalk9-mz.152-2.E5.bin

also tried booting from "usbflash0", and still the same issue.

all front LED stuck on green light.

Thank you in advance.

IF you got the appliance used, then the DRAM could be lose.

@leo do mean the DRAM is missing?

I'm not saying the DRAM is missing.
What I am saying is the DRAM may have been jarred lose.
Open the lid and look for a removable memory. Take it out and put it back in.

Thanks Leo for following up,

I did open the switch, but i couldn't find any removable memory.

here is what i found, i believe there is something missing from this unit!!  (Attached)

also check the "crashinfo" report if it would help (attached).

Sadly, I think the switch is dead. You might want to return this to the vendor.

Did you have a look into the crashinfo?
