We need some assistance here. So we have a Cisco C9200L-48P-4X switch and I've enabled the ip http secure-server on the switch and I get the following error when I try to browse to the gui interface.
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.3.2. Peer reports it experienced an internal error.
Error code: SSL_ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR_ALERT
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
What bothers me is that I don't see any folder with html files like all our other (non-C9200 switches). Is there some files that are missing? I've recently started at this job and have never worked on this model of switch or IOS platform before. I can't seem to find anywhere to download those files, so I'm curious if things have changed for this model or if there are just some files that have been deleted by someone before I started working here. Any help would be appreciated. By the way, the rest of the other switches (mostly WS-C2960X-48FPD-L) work just fine and have the interface that I expect to see.
I know that the error message appears to be some kind of SSL specific error, but I'm not quite sure what it means. So I'm not sure if this is an issue with a certificate or the files missing.
Thanks

Check the contents of the flash. There should be a package file (PKG) that has the word "web". That is where the HTML files are located.
