we have a cisco router 2911 and 2 cisco catalyst 3650 the switch B is conected to siwtch A, and switch A is conected to Router, also we have a tp link 16 fastethernet, we have a survilliance system on our network, and we hve diferent kind of cameras ip, but we have 2 cameras that only work if we conect to tp-link switch, if we connect to cisco switch they never get connnected, we tried spanning-tree portfast, and with this they link dont go down, but the never get ip address, if we move the camera to any port of the switch the same time happen.
what i am missing

Hello,
what is the brand/model of the IP cameras ? Where do they get their IP addresses from ? Since you have two switches, do both (3650) switches have the same VLANs (show vlan/show vtp)?
