Cisco Catalyst 3850 stuck on Switch: prompt

Hi we are getting issue related to our cisco 3850 xs switch we are unable to process further after switch: prompt please suggest how can we get our switch process further.

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

set
dir usbflash0:

[marce1000]

   - You are trying to boot from USB (usbflash0:) ; why , the errors are probably normal if no USB is inserted (e.g.)

1. Format the USB as FAT32
2. Copy a valid IOS image to it (e.g., cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.09.SPA.bin)
3. Insert it into the switch
4. Look at the console message if your usb is detected as usbflash0, if yes then run the following commands, note: in the example below i am assuming that it is detected as usbflash0, in your case you need to verify the console message and edit the below command accordingly. 
5. Then run the following command dir usbflash0: 
6. Once the image is located run boot usbflash0:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.09.SPA.bin

The fact the the switch cannot find " usbflcat....."  Can indicate that on this device the usbdrive is not named usbflash0: !

Remove and reinsert the usbdrive and watch the console message about removed/ inserted device
