CISCO Catalyst 4506 count interface input/output rate always 0

Dear Sir,

Our customer get the problem that the switch count the 5mins input/output rate of connected traffic interface always ZERO.

The problem only occur in the module 3,4 and 5 interface, module 2 has no problems.

May I ask are there any software bug will cause this issue????
