Hi,
I have faced an issue last day with one of my end customers, The access to the switch has lost for them, and when I checked by accessing via console the switch was in the factory default state. Can anyone help me with the chances for any such issues?

Post the complete output to the following commands:
sh version sh log on switch 1 uptime detail
sh boot dir
