It sounds like ur Cisco 110 Series unmanaged poe switch has a partial failure/ports 1-8 stopped delivering PoE while 9-12 and non-PoE ports still work. First, check if the switch is overheating or if the power supply is unstable. Disconnect all PoE devices, power-cycle the switch, and test ports 1-8 individually with a known-working PoE device (like a phone or camera). If they still don’t work, the internal poe controller may be damaged, especially if there was a power surge or physical damage. Since u bought it in April 2023, it might still be under Cisco’s 1-year warranty/contact support for a replacement. If not, replacing the switch may be the best option.
