Hello, I recently purchased a Cisco CBS350-24T-4G switch. I made the initial settings of it and everything worked out. I inserted the SFP (TP-Link TL-SM331T) modules to use cables with RJ45 connectors. I did the tests and everything was in line with what I wanted.
The problem started after I turned off the switch. After turning it back on I noticed that it does not boot with inserted SFP module. It can leave hours when the boot LED is flashing and never stops. If I remove the SFP modules, after about 3 minutes it turns on normally. If I connect the modules with the switch already initialized, it works fine. But the switch hangs if you power it on with the inserted module.
Would anyone know of any configuration on the switch that I can change to resolve this crash on boot?
