Cisco DX80 not acquiring IP Address

We have Cisco DX80 set up to acquire IP Address via DHCP and It's connected to a switchport. I also configured a Static DHCP on our cisco 2911 router for the DX80. The switchport is correctly configured with the right vlans and all service vlans are being trunked on the switch interface to the router. However, when the DX80 comes on, it never acquires an IP address.

 

Please not also, all configurations have been verified and crosschecked. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

what else is connected between the 2911 and the DX80 (a switch I assume) ? Post the full configs of both that switch and the 2911 router...
