this is a configuration file.
someday, you copied the config file to flash
you have switch backups on an external fodler? tftp server?
You can also delete the following files:
- config.txt.backp
-private-config.text.backup.
but the solution is not that ... because the flash is short (now you have 2MB free and normal ISO need 11MB)... you have to delete the original ISO (c3750-ipservicesk8-mz.122-55.SE5) !
for delete:
delete /force /recursive flash2:c3750-ipservicesk8-mz.122-55.SE5

I agree with Tiago, i.e. that your principle problem is you need to remove the existing IOS image to free sufficient space for the replacement image. BTW, Tiago has a typo in the name of the existing directory.
Normally, you don't need to worry about tens of KB for some config files, but it appears you have a 3750 with only 16 MB flash. For those, with later IOS images, flash space can be very tight.
