Cisco IE2000 indutrial switch error

I've got a Cisco IE2000 industrial switch and do not know a whole lot about them. I connect this one to 24V. and it goes through the boot sequence (I can go into the console and see the IOS finish and come to a user prompt). After the boot sequence finishes theres is a sys light on the front of the unit that flashes red and green and nothing will connect to the switch ports on the front. Any ideas or suggestions on this???

Unfortunately, no. To make it worse this device was sent to an integrator to go into a machine several months ago and any warranty has expired also.
