if Customer requires Cisco inventory of site then what details should we share ?

I do not understand what you are asking. Can you clarify your relationship with the customer? Are you an ISP? a consultant? something else? What is the customer asking for? It seems to me that if they are making a valid request, and if the nature of your relationship is that you need to respond to them in a way that satisfies them, then the main criteria of what to share is what they are asking for.

The IP address and the serial number are certainly among the things that should be included in an inventory.
