Hi,

 

I have a Cisco 1921 router and want to enable L2TPv3 with Xconnect.  It seems that i may need to enable the Data package to the IOS. 

The router has c1900-universalk9-mz.SPA.154-3.M1.bin version of IOS installed.  Is this feature already enabled or do we have to buy and install the Data package upgrade?

Are you sure you need a "datak9" license? You may need "securityk9" as well. If so you can use the evaluation license on the router. If you require "datak9" after the eval period you will have to purchase a license for it. You can use the command "show license" to show features available.
